Lisa asks…
Is this a good skin care routine for someone who is 23?
Morning: Wash with Burts Bees deep cleanser
Moisturizer with Olay Complete with spf 15
Bedtime: Wash with original noxzema
Pure vitamin E oil under eyes
Alternate nightly between Retin-A gel and Burt’s Bees Radiance Night Cream
I’m mainly looking to prevent future wrinkles. My skin barely breaks out anymore

If it doesn’t dry your skin out too much, it sounds fine. The spf 15 is good, but if you live in a really sunny place, I would go up to 30 in the summer for sure.
Vitamin E is great for your skin, I would put it over your whole face – if you keep your face a little damp when you put it on, it goes on thinner so you don’t clog your pores or get that greasy feeling.
Retin-a can actually cause younger skin to break out if you use too much of it. If you find that you’re getting little bumps wherever you put it, try taking a CoQ10 supplement instead.
CoQ10 vitamin pills are actually fantastic for preventing wrinkles, and since you ingest them they improve your skin all over your body, and they keep your heart healthy too. Many drugstores carry a 2 or 3 month supply for around $20.
